We needed to make sure our older, non tech saavy uncle got out of Logan Airport and home safely. We were unsure our uncle would find the uber area or taxi but did not need to worry once we found George. George knew the flight was delayed before I did. He contacted my uncle on the phone and directed him to where he was waiting. He even took a selfie and texted it to me to show me they were on their way!
